I want to own a new home, but I'm worried about selling my current home in today's market.



This is a common concern for many buyers in this market. If you can make a good and sound investment now, then you shouldn't wait or the opportunity will pass you buy. Sometimes you won't make as much off of your existing home, but you will get a better deal on a brand new home. Sometimes it just requires a change of your mindset to realize that if you wait for your current home to appreciate in value, then the price of your new Ivory Home will go up in price as well. That is the nature of real estate.

Buy when it's low. That is your best bet on a good return on your investment.
